"We had a great time at the house. It had everything we needed and an added benefit of being one floor with no steps for those with mobility issues (we had someone in a wheel chair and it was perfect). It was so pretty to be on the lake and wake up to ice fishers getting their day started. It was an easy drive to Middlebury Snowbowl and Breadloaf. And a quick 20 minuets to campus. We'll have to keep this on our list for future travels to the Middlebury and Lake Champlain area. "

"Great, comfortable little cottage. The owner has thought to supply just about everything you could need. It was clean and fresh. There was an area wide power outage when we arrived due to a big storm. The owner had taken the time to hook up a generator so we had a light and power to the refrigerator. Power was back on in a couple of hours. We would absolutely stay there again. Our dog absolutely loved the front deck overlooking a view of the lake through the trees."

The house was small but well-stocked, with a full kitchen separating two bedrooms and bathrooms. Walkable neighborhood with local shops, restaurants, brewery, deli, laundry, and ice cream made this a perfect choice. "The house has a very nice dock on a more quiet part of Lake Champlain. My family and I enjoyed our stay, it was very peaceful and the nature around is beautiful. The owner was very responsive and accomodating throughout our stay."

"Our family had a wonderful week at Camp Happy! Everything we needed was there. Outside, we spent the days using the SUPs, kayaks, Lily Pad float. We relaxed on the deck for countless hours, along with the other lounging areas. There was ample room at the docks for our boat rental and fishing. I do want to note that if old, the many steps from the house are steep. My 83 year old mom managed them fine, but we usually helped her. She really loved sitting up on the deck overseeing the activities...

"A great location for the hiking and kayaking we wanted to experience in the Adirondack mountains. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was adequately supplied. The home was a little dark for reading which were were prepared for with book lights. You can hear the cars on route 87 to be aware of if the would bother you. "

"My son and I recently bought a fishing boat With the private dock, it made things very convenient and an we had an enjoyable stay, love the lake and the surroundings, and the cottage was comfortable and well stocked."

"Arrived around 5 on Saturday. Great location. Once I figured out how to open key holder, we moved in. We enjoyed our cabin, found the information folders helpful. We had a nice fire and enjoyed our stay. Our suggestions for improvement. The light in the main room was very bright. A dimmer light switch would have been appreciated. Would like to have had a reading light on both sides of the bed."
