"We had a great time this past weekend. It was my son's birthday and we all decided to come down from Canada to celebrate him at college. We had more than enough space for our group and enjoyed the large open concept of the home. We cooked, we drank, we had a hilarious time playing games, and enjoyed the video arcade game in one of the bedrooms. Thank you so much to the hosts for responding back so quickly to our questions! "The Country Cape house is the nicest VRBO that we have ever stayed in. We brought our kids and 2 year old grandchildren with us. The house was such a pleasant surprise from the moment we checked in. The hosts have thought of everything. There are numerous amenities for kids including a high chair, pack n play, toys, sippy cups, and tons of games, puzzles, and books. The kitchen was fully stocked with anything and everything you would need for a weekend stay as well as a coffee bar. The house was extremely clean and well maintained. The mudroom was a great bonus since it was snowing the entire weekend. The decor was beautiful and the fireplace in the living room was so cozy and provided warmth during the cold days. The beds were very comfortable and each bedroom had plenty of extra linens and blankets. We loved being able to walk down to the adorable Country Store that the hosts own. It was definitely a perfect house for our family and located just close enough to the airport and some of the quaint towns in the area. "

"The house is immaculate! In addition they thought of all the little things, a thank you note, extra toothbrushes (one of my teens forgot their's), snacks and small breakfast items. The queen bed was super comfortable! We only stayed one night after a long day skiing at holiday valley and it was refreshing to say the least. Complete 10, no negative feedback "

"Nice place in a good location for us. We stayed over New Years Eve, and it was very cozy even though it was cold out. Big enough for family to stop by for the evening and spend some time. Quick drive to Letchworth to hike. Instant hot water heater is nice for showering. Electric blankets on the bed we loved also. Kitchen is a bit under stocked, but we ordered pizza and wings from Daryl's. Decor of Barn wood with early industrial fixtures fits the cottage well, the modern art is an interesting add. Jennifer was easy to work with and responsive. Overall, a good value and we would stay again."
