"When you first get to the property, it looks a little outdated and chaotic with the amount of traffic in the parking lot. However when you get inside the building, it looks massive and welcoming. The staff at the front desk were super kind and fun. However, the pool staff closed the pool 10 minutes early which is okay but kids pay attention to this lol There were some minor damages inside our room. A hole in the ceiling and what looks like a fixed hole with plywood in the wall in the bathroom....

"My check in was above and beyond being helpful to see our whole family got on same floor and accommodated an upgrade so we had a place to congregate for Christmas. There was 17 of us meeting for Christmas. Thank you to check in staff and the manager for being so helpful to make our stay special "
