The house was so clean, beds comfy and the hot tub was an amazing way to just relax and enjoy the beautiful views of lake Champlain. Kitchen was stocked great for any meals we made. Jon stopped by to check in and make sure we had everything we needed, his kids made pictures for my daughter and I- so thoughtful. Would love to come back in the warmer months to kayak and...

"The Ham Fam Lakehouse was lovely, well appointed, comfortable, and the lake view was fabulous! We enjoyed the gas fireplace on chill mornings, and the sunset view in the evenings. The lake was easily accessible and we enjoyed walking the driftwood strewn beach. We had a few minor concerns the first days, but they were immediately addressed and remedied by the management team. Great job! We thoroughly enjoyed our eight-day stay! We would definitely return another time. "
