"Is it fancy? No, it’s not. But it’s charming and much less expensive than the chain hotels in the area. Our room was clean, had a queen bed, microwave & fridge, AC, fan, thermostat for heat, cable tv, dresser, night stand, and a small table & 2 chairs. The standard hotel stuff was there, too - instant coffee & tea, toiletries & hair dryer in the bathroom. Front desk staff gave directions for local sites of interest. Continental breakfast was good - yogurt, boiled eggs, bagels, gluten free granola, muffins, and tasty coffee! The Kittery/Portsmouth area has a lot to explore. We’ll stay at Kittery Inn & Suites again if we’re in the area. "

"Very accommodating and nice people , Superb rates safe, clean, and a step above any other place for the price point beyond a 30 mile radius the pool is broken , and yes it was a huge disappointment because i based the booking on that for daughter who’s 7 HOWEVER! With the pool down the hotel immediately offered us access to the Seabrook inn pool minutes away. which they also own. That kind of guest oriented solution is very appreciated by me and high praise because i don’t write reviews ever unless i have something positive to contribute to the conversation that made a huge impact. "

"The room attendant appeared with the glove I left in the room, just as we we leaving the hotel..with a smile. Also, I received and email an hour later that we had left medications in the room. We will pick them up on our return trip to Portsmouth tomorrow. What fabulous staff"
