"Cons: Finding the correct parking spot was a little difficult. It would have been helpful to know that the the higher numbers for parking was in the back behind the bldg on Nudd st/ave. Some conflicting info b/t online and contract re quiet hours, and hidden info like hanging towels in the outside railing. Prep cleaning didn't seem accomplished. "The room itself was meh. There isn't enough utensils so bring your own. I think there was one teaspoon to use. Shower was adequate. There are no pictures of the rooms. The floors had some sort of a film on it. Bedding was good. Had a hard time finding out the host's phone number but another guest in the property had the number so we could get another parking place.
