"Lovely condo in an excellent location. Quiet 8 unit building with a truly heated pool. Publix is a one block walk away, the beach is 3 blocks away. The beach supplies to include wagon made the trip to the beach easy. The restaurants and pubs at Lauderdale by the sea were in easy reach ( 5 blocks) and the Circuit car service was so easy and available that choices when it was raining was great. I never called the manager once. Will highly recommend and will come back again. "

"My sister and I often stay in this neighborhood as my parents live close-by. The location is fantastic. This place was ok. There are a few things that I wish I had known before I stayed. When we arrived, one of the bathroom doors was locked from the inside, and after several hours, we tried opening it with a knife and it worked. "The place was up to date and clean. Bed was very comfortable. We enjoyed the pool area with options for sun or shade. Very convenient to grocery store (two blocks north), restaurants (two blocks south), and beach (two blocks east). We didn't even rent a car because the Circuit cars took us where our feet couldn't."

"I had last minute difficulties and had to contact the property managers. They responded immediately in a series of messages with me and helped me in gaining access to the unit. My stay was during the Christmas season so I was especially grateful for their attention.The unit was very clean and appliances worked well. I appreciated the iron and ironing board but also used some of the kitchen appliances during my short visit. Linens were clean and plentiful.My only complaint was that the A/C unit...

"I stayed here during January and even though it was unseasonably cool for Ft Lauderdale, the pool heater worked great and the house was big enough for 5 people. Also, this house is walking distance to a Publix, Dunkin, and restaurants on Commercial Blvd. I would definitely stay here again. "

"We enjoyed our stay at this property. The host Jessica left us a welcome basket of snacks and wine which we absolutely loved after a long late day of travel. The house was newly remodeled with updated kitchen and bathrooms. The master bed was comfortable. The pool was very nice! It was heated and comfortable.
