"Great location near White Clay Creek park. Pictures of the deck and grill were deceiving since they are not easily accessible from rental unit (walk on steep sloped lawn with no walkway, climb stairs and located right outside of owners living room). Smoke from upstairs drifted into downstairs rental unit. I closed all the ceiling vents and it helped. My fault for not checking that there was no dishwasher. Be aware of excess fees in total price."

"This property was exactly what we needed! The apartment was very clean and well maintained making it such a pleasant experience. Even though the property is shared with the owners, they weren’t constantly around or hovering over us allowing us to enjoy our time together.
