"Convenient location to explore dunedin. Apartment had a very functional kitchen. Whole place was very clean and beds comfy. The owner was lovely and personally showed us the room and also made recommendations on things to do. Would highly recommend! "

"We had to detour to Dunedin and find a last minute hotel. We grabbed Amross last minute on Expedia. It was quite nice, would be expecially nice for longer stays as it has a full kitchen, large space, and parking. The owners, Barry and Donna, really showed pride in their motel, were very helpful, sent a welcome email and made sure that we booked the correct night. 5 stars aren't enough for them! Location is about 4 blocks from the main square and a couple blocks from the University. Very walkable and drivable town."
