"This cottage was perfect for our weekend R&R. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It was clean and as neat and cozy as in the pictures. The check in process was easy and our hosts Liz & Andy made the place very welcoming with some local products. The location was great - a short drive to Newport and many nice area restaurants. We look forward to returning to Serendipity in the future."

Check in and check out went smoothly and Owner was very communicative with house rules and to contact if we needed anything during our stay. "Great place, very simple and well stocked for any needs. Lots of free streaming channels. Fans, AC and heat available to make yourself comfortable. By no means a concern with the stay itself but if you stay here i would recommend personal means of transportation. "

"This cottage was an updated, cute New England style cottage. Lovely back deck on the water offered scenic views all day long. Kitchen updated nicely. A smoke alarm went off one night because of battery issues. The washer seal was very mildewy. Trash cans were full upon our arrival so we could barely get our trash into them as requested. The towels were a bit smelly and there were not enough hand towels. Overall we were very pleased! The owners just need to work out a few maintenance or property...

We enjoyed beautiful sunsets each night and the fenced in yard was perfect for our younger guests. Quiet street and perfect for a family vacation!"
