"As you would expect it for a house designed for large Groups we were a group of 15 young people (20-23). The homeowner greeted us super unfriendly bevause of this and made the whole stay uncomfortable by her toxic behaviour towards us. The house looks nice but is build really cheap and the owner will try to scam the deposit for literally anything. Can not recommend."

"We stayed at Martina's house with our two sons aged 4 and 1, the location is rural and very quiet which was perfect for us. The property itself is very nice and extremely clean. Martina had everything we could need for our two sons including cots and high chair. The pool is lovely and also very private. The property is a short 10 min drive away from two towns which were really nice and on the water front. Lots of restaurants and lots to do for the children. Martina was a great host and...

"Simple the best place we have ever stayed. Have the sea at your doorstep, access to paddle boards etc, made this the most wonderful holiday. The inside of the villa is immaculate with air conditioning throughtout, and a lovely sized pool. Location is great, just a short taxi drive to restuarants and bars in Rogoznica. "Unsere Urlaubswoche war einfach Traumhaft. Die Lage direkt am Meer ist einfach unschlagbar. Das Haus ist liebevoll eingerichtet und es fehlt einem an nichts :) Die Ausstattung ist wie auf den Bildern und der Beschreibung. Vor allem die Kinder haben sich über das SUP-Board gefreut. Wir konnten sogar an einem Tag 2 Delfine vor der Bucht bewundern <3 Minikleine Anmerkung hätte ich noch - ich hätte gerne noch im Schlafzimmer einen Spiegel gehabt bzw. in beiden Schlafzimmern.
