"Place needs work with wholes in walls, needs a good cleaning, do not be fooled in the small print it says you have to pay extra for the master bedroom that is located in the annex however, in my booking it said included the annex and the manager asked for an extra $250 cash a night in order to open up the room. Petra met us on arrival so we could follow her back to the villa, even though it was very late because our flight had been delayed. "Villa Kustra is a Very handsome ,well appointed home with direct access to glorious Ardriatic beach. There are many steps , but with the good handrails , easily navigated. Shady hammocks invited lazy summer naps. Easy fully functional outdoor kitchen & bathroom facilities & comfortable, spacious covered terrace for dining & lounging. Dry air with fragrant breezes made for an unforgettable stay for our family of 10. Truly a beautiful spot "

"We had a great stay at Ana’s villa. There was plenty of space for 7 of us, and we enjoyed using the outdoor grill. The house was a 10 minute walk from the beach, the pool was wonderful and the check in process was easy. The wifi was a little patchy, which was fine for our group since we wanted to unplug but wouldn’t try to work from the property."

"This is a beautiful home with a lot of history. We were a group of 10 and were very comfortable with plenty of room. Only a 15 min walk to Old Town, a swimming spot right across the street ( a lot of stairs). Easy Uber stop two doors up by the bus stop/ flower shop. Eci the house manager was a lovely woman and always available if needed. I would highly recommend signing up for this one!!"

Tamara, the property manager, couldn't have been more helpful and responsive and owner Sara was lovely and was also very helpful both before and during our stay, providing excellent information about the area and places to go, local amenities, restaurants, etc. The view from the villa was stunning and the photos were an accurate representation of the villa itself. "We had an amazing 10 night stay in this beautiful villa. It has everything that you need, the air conditioning worked great. We sat and had breakfast every morning on the terrace. The supermarket was a couple of minutes walk away and had everything that we needed. The bus top is at the end of the road that takes you into Cavtat and Dubrovnik.
