"A group of 5 of us stayed here for 4 nights for work. The property is immaculate and extremely clean. It has everything you could need for a comfortable stay. We were only there in the evenings but it was very comfortable for all of us - we each had our own room and bathroom. The standard of the property is very high. The bedrooms are very spacious and the beds were extremely comfortable! We couldn't fault the property at all! The check in process was easy and there is a Co-op around the corner...

"Basic health and safety standards are not met in this property. There is a door not fixed correctly to the frame and is hanging off in the upstairs bedroom and the shower screen in the bathroom is a joke and leaks water all over the floor which causes it to leak into the kitchen below. Only 2 chairs for the kitchen table but it's a 4 bedroom house. No remote control for TV and can't work it without one but we got around this. A smoker had stayed there so one bedroom stank of smoke. "The house is so spacious and comfortable. We were a big group but there was plenty of space. Everything was just right, down to the beautiful christmas decorations that made it all so homely. Thank you!"

"Freshly decorated with nice design touches, this is a great base to explore the Swansea area. Big kitchen with all you need, Enough seating in the living room and a small dining table. On street parking availble and a 45 mins walk from the centre of Swansea. Chinese Takeaway and pubs within a couple of minutes walk. city centre."

He was present at the time of check in and was friendly and gave us details as required. overall stay was great with location being perfect for us to stroll by the beach and other amenities. apart from the water pressure not being great we enjoyed our stay at the property.It was very spacious and clean and well maintained. Highly recommended."
