"First off ,no bed bugs! , I like how there was no hassle with bringing my pet, and just how chill they are for check-ins. Only cons are if you are any where near a smoking room the smell of cigarettes can seep into your room but still only thing that I noticed as far as cleanliness the would be stray hairs in the sheets but nothing to squeal about "

"It was really great experience staying in Super 8 Mundelein. Staff is very nice and polite check in was very easy and quick and the room which they gave me is so nice and clean can't complain about anything in the room. "Overall for the price its a very efficient motel! Service was quick and friendly. It seems like they are upgrading some rooms and our room looked to be updated. The beds while old were fairly comfortable! The pillows where thin and their were some suspicious red dotted stains on both bed sheets. But after extensive searching there were no signs of active bugs! Its an older motel so keep ur expectations low. "

"I have never tried to check in and have to dial someone to show up. He then gives me a room key, tells me it might not work, and when we get to the room, it actually does not. Now I had to call him again just to get into the room. Burned out bulbs in the room and nowhere bedside to plug in a phone to charge. Shameful inn!"
