"Located in a nice, quiet neighborhood. The included parking spot was a definite plus. Very close to Northwestern University if you're in town for a visit. We were there to visit Loyola, which was a little further away, but a very easy (approx. 20 min.) drive. Close to the "L" train, which we took to downtown Chicago for some sightseeing. The basement apartment was exactly as the pictures showed. Everything was clean and well maintained. The heated floors were nice. It was perfect for my daughter...

"Staying in the Round Lake Beach area to visiting family. Room is great and clean. Pretty view of Fox Lake. Only draw back is it is over a bar. Karaoke comes right up through the floor. Not to much of a problem as the bar closes at 11:00. So just have to suffer through the drunken super star want a be singers. It is good for some laughs. Over all I would recommend this place in a heartbeat. "

"Is about 2 miles from great lakes for graduation. Layout is different. Sleeps 11 seats 5 or 6 in the living room, big table...half bath in kitchen...is cold in the winter...have to park in the back...walk around to front.can parknon the street but not overnight. The main bathroom with tyb sbower is high but has handrail. It snowed while we were there...owner shoveled sidewalk once. Overall it suit our need..its not high end but it was nice. Plenty of towels...no wash clothes...clean.."
