"Once again, we are so appreciative of all the comfortable first-floor spaces to spread out as a family. The kitchen is equipped to produce a fully home-prepared feast—all the utensils, pots, pans, knives, and dishes you might need. The dining room table can comfortably accommodate a very large group. Cozy beds, extra blankets as needed, and loads of towels. The host is very communicative and caring."

"Everything was great, a few suggestions, maybe provide more towels, maybe some shelving in the bathrooms to put stuff on it was pretty sparse. Otherwise we enjoyed are stay and would come back again. Thank You"

"Fiona is an excellent host. My partner and I needed a night away and this home was perfect. The fireplace was extra cozy and the sauna was an added bonus. A variety of coffee and tea provided. My dog enjoyed the walking trails. We'd love to stay again in the future! "

"Ten family members from four states convened in Andover for a holiday reunion and retreat. This was a great house for that. Great layout, spacious common areas, ample windows to welcome natural light, a fully equipped kitchen (great for this group that did its own cooking), comfy beds, and a great location. The home is a testament to the solidity of post-war construction. Some other family members from the local area came to visit on a couple of occasions, and all commented on the suitability...

"Perfect for holidays with the family! We set up a tree and hosted our family by cooking Christmas dinner in the well appointed kitchen. We also took advantage of the location by taking the commuter rail to Boston —ice skating at the frog pond, the MFA, and the freedom trail. Very comfortable stay.The bottom room with bunk beds is too far from the rest of the bedrooms for small children so we took the mattresses upstairs :)"
