The beds were very comfortable, the shower was great, and the kitchen was well stocked with cooking supplies. Joanne was an incredibly thoughtful, kind, and responsive host. "Very clean and quiet home. Convenient to downtown and great neighborhood. Loved the park across the street for our dog. Beautiful interior. Will definitely stay there again."

"This was a convenient pick for us, being only about 1.5 miles from other family members home. We didn't spend much time there but it was very comfortable. The weather got very cold for a few days, below freezing and we had no hot water upstairs. I contacted management and they had someone out within hours, ON A SUNDAY and started addressing the problem. I would stay here again."

"I reserved the house for 4 days just so my 17 year old daughter and her 3 best friends could spend quality time in Boston on her birthday. We really liked the house; it’s a nice space with all the necessities and very cozy. it was a great fit for our family and we truly enjoyed it. It’s actually minutes to everything in Boston, and we would stay there again if we come back into town. "

"The home is in a nice and safe location. Lovely exterior and interior. Nicely updated kitchen and bathrooms. Comfortable beds, good quality bed linens and plenty of absorbent towels. Very clean.Hot water is slow to heat up in sinks, showers and bathtub. House needs to add more kitchen flatware - there were only 5 teaspoons, 1 tablespoon, but sufficient forks and knives. Also would be nice to have a non-plastic tea kettle.Please add indoor mat at back door to wipe shoes and avoid puddles and dirt...

"Ten family members from four states convened in Andover for a holiday reunion and retreat. This was a great house for that. Great layout, spacious common areas, ample windows to welcome natural light, a fully equipped kitchen (great for this group that did its own cooking), comfy beds, and a great location. "My brother and I stayed while we were visiting family. We found the home clean and comfortable with easy access to the highways we needed. It provided a cozy relaxing atmosphere after a day of running. Mary, the host responded quickly to questions and was very easy to work with. All in all, a great stay. Will rent again when I the area. "The house is very spacious and the layout of the 4 bedrooms upstairs offered privacy and soundproofing which was great because we had 2 infants. Bathrooms are terrific and well designed.
