"You can tell that they are really trying to put work into this property. They have brand new appliances, brand new TVs, and it was fairly clean. It is not in the best neighborhood, however, it is really close and convenient to the highway, shopping, and fast food. Give it was a hotel rating, it would probably be a 3 star hotel. Communication = SUPERB. instructions for check and checkout were also great."

"This is a scam. No one answered, the area was dirty. The other tenants said no one rents their apartment there."

"It was much as advertised and near to our family whom we visited. The only edit which should be made to the description is that there wasn't a futon bed; it was a sectional couch with no additional sheet/cushion."

"Was decent place to stay, road noise is a bit loud at times…but as far as the house, it was great. Would rent again!"

"As advertised he gave us a deal because it was a work in progress. The outside area definately needs work but it is exactlty as he advertised. Inside it was clean inside, no bugs, adequate kitchen/stove/fridge. We had one issue with water and he immediatlt came out to fix it."

"Had my worker stay here for about 2 months. He enjoyed it ,was clean, and had all he needed. Also great communication with the host. Will definitely stay again. A+++"

"Efraín was an exceptional host. He made sure my family and I were abreast of everything going on with the property. If the lights would be off or the water not hot for a few hours due to maintenance, we were aware and could make other arrangements. Maintenance came the first day of our stay to check on a leaking toilet and leaking window from the rain, but they did not repair the window. When it rained, the window would leak inside the unit. "We had plenty of room & the apartment is so nicely styled. The couch does pull out to a bed so that was awesome, allowing others to spend the night and spend more time with them! Communication with the host was perfect. All in all I recommend and would stay again. 😊"

"Large, spacious house suitable for our 3 generation family, but furnishings rather tired and not as shown in photos. The outside space was rather neglected and not as appealing as shown in the photographs, which must have been taken some years ago. We had specifically requested a heated pool but were told that parts were on order. The outside area in general was rather shabby. "
