"We absolutely loved our stay this past weekend at this cottage! It was extremely clean, well stocked and the perfect location for our trip to Sedona. It was close enough for a quick drive into town and many of the popular hiking trails but still far enough away from the hustle and bustle of Sedona. "Nice place, comfortable and mostly clean. Instructions stated to park inside garage, but there was no code provided. Speakers in the home did not appear to work; there were no instructions on how to use. Attempted to reach out via text, and the response was very delayed; responded next day after we had checked out. Think it would be good to have a battery operated blower of broom to clean off patio. Obviously this time of year, there is a lot of extra foliage on the ground (to be expected),...

"I've stayed in several VRBOs and this was my favorite. It was cozy and perfect for the two of us. I loved the hot tub and the gorgeous sunsets that we got to watch. Hiking was pretty much right out the door. We did several hikes that were within walking distance of the house. Red Rock Crossing to Baldwin's Tral to Cathedral Rock, Ridge Trail to Slick Rock Trail, Pyramid Trail to Scorpion Trail to Skywalker trail (this one was amazing), and Old Post to Carrol Canyon (stunning). "Location was very convenient for visiting the Grand Canyon, about 25 minutes from the park entrance. Getting to the location was a bit of a challenge. The owner said not to follow my GPS and to use the link they provided. Well the link led me down several dirt roads and to a locked gate. I ended up just using my GPS and that took me to the correct location, literally could have taken a simple turn off the main road. Checking in was easy, just used a keypad.
