"Our stay was WONDERFUL, mostly due to the incredible customer service. The first morning, I overslept and got down for breakfast just after they closed everything. Instead of looking at me and frustration like most hotels, the woman cleaning up (I think her name was Amanda) was so kind and offered me coffee and something from the omelette station, as they had not yet completely shut that down. Very, very thoughtful of her, and nice to be made to feel like a welcome guest, even though I was the one who was not on time. I also had a slip and fall out at a wedding that weekend, and the gentleman at the front desk was so kind to help me with a large Ziploc bag from the kitchen to put ice in for my ice pack. They also helped my husband with the use of a wheelchair for the remainder of the weekend to cart me around everywhere in the hotel. Definitely a customer service focus at this hotel! We appreciated it so much!"

"Property was in a great location with plenty of eating choices. Rooms were cleaned daily and the staff was accomadating. Water pressure was beyond powerful in the shower. Room was huge. Over 510 Square feet.Fridge and microwave was good as well "

"If your hotel needs are as basic as mine – clean, arctic air conditioning, staff that doesn't treat you like you've personally wronged them in a past life, and a breakfast that prevents existential hunger pangs – then this place is a winner. Check-in was smooth thanks to the friendly face at the front desk. Our room was spotless and the bathroom boasted water pressure that could knock your socks off (if you were showering with socks on, which, you know, no judgment). The beds were comfy and the A/C blasted so well that I half-expected penguins to waddle in. Breakfast was your standard continental spread, complete with a self-serve waffle station, eggs, potatoes, pastries, yogurt, fruit, juice, and coffee. Location-wise, it's surrounded by food and shops galore, though "walkable" might be a generous term unless you're brave enough to play real-life Frogger with those busy roads! Bottom line: if you appreciate a solid, no-frills experience that won't break the bank, then slap down your credit card and book it. We'd definitely crash here again if our travels ever bring us back this way."

"Nice quiet area. Lots of restaurants and shopping. Good night life area. Hotel was clean and smelled fresh. Comfortable bed and bedding. No weird stains. Helpful staff. Nice big tv. Cold mini fridge. Excellent breakfast. Great stay for the money. "
