"Property was in a convenient location. Staff was pretty friendly. Lift was not working and I had 2 luggage’s. Had to ask for someone to assist but had to wait about 20 minutes which wasn’t ideal for those who spent a whole morning traveling. The hotel is nicely preserved but does need a bit of upgrading which can be done to historical buildings such as this one. "

"This is one of the best hostels I ever stayed. I stayed in female 10 people dorm. Though there were 10 people staying, I felt very private. The pods have screens, light and USB connecting port. The staffs were very friendly. I was invited to a beer tasting session and it was very interactive one. JC did the beer tasting session and he was very friendly. He helped me a lot right from check in and whatever query I had, JC helped me with it. The high street area was very nearby. There are lots of options nearby for food. There are lots of pubs nearby hosting live music session. This is the best place to stay if you are looking for somewhere nearby city and it also helped me to meet new people from different parts of the world. This is one of the best stay I had and I would chose this hostel again. "

"We had an awesome time at Holiday Inn, Edinburgh. The hotel is conveniently located at heart of the city making all the tourist attractions easily accessible. The breakfast spread was great and kids loved it. The front desk staff were very cordial and even helped us with some food options pretty late in night (kids were jet lagged 😀). Overall our experience was great and we would love to come back again sometime in future. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Edinburgh."
