"The only helpful thing i can add is about the bathtub. In room 425, with the handles in the bathtub, i am assuming it is a handicap unit. Before i even used the shampoo/cond/body wash, i slipped on the slick surface and came very close to falling. If it werent for the handles, I would have fallen. I am almost 60 and a fall could have been very bad. So bathub strips in the tub, would be a great improvement."

" Everything was excellent. I did have to unplug the room refrigerator because the compressor motor made noises. This was not a real negative but i forgot to tell them."
