"No one at the hotel to greet you! Before you get there you have to fill out a form that they never sent, to give you a code that never got. After calling and writing several times finally got response that they don’t have any reservations. After sending them copy of the reservation they said that it could be false. Anyway an hour later they show up and open the door. The place is dirty, the fan hardly moves and the place smells. Obviously I left to another hotel."

"This place is very well located in Cabecera. The staff is very friendly and helpful. My room was spacious and quiet. Hot water, wifi,all was good. Cable Tv could be better. It felt safe and comfortable"

"Staff was helpful and friendly always. There is always a taxi available outside the hotel. The room was clean and well-maintained by cleaning service. I feel awful I forgot to leave a tip my last day!!! Please contact me if there is a way for me to pay them. Please!! Pool is nice. Bar at top of hotel has good pizza and drinks. Neighborhood was pretty safe. I was able to walk around through the night, but I wouldn’t recommend it and neither do the citizens. But there is a 24 hour farmacia on the same block and a larger one 2 blocks over to shop for items. Only bad thing is constantly being asked for money & monetary exchange services hours were pretty non-existent. But I recommend using Western Union to send yourself cash. It’s much cheaper than $$$ exchange or ATMs."
