"The hotel itself was pretty cozy. The staff were friendly, for the most part. They have a sauna, gym, restaurant, lobby bar, game room, and a bar downstairs. The views were incredible. There were a lot of activities to keep busy. The only downside is the cost to get to the hotel from the airport in Kiruna. "I loved my stay the cabins are really nice and comfortable and if its during winter you can just walk about 20 minutes across a frozen lake to the Ice hotel and the owners are very respectful and if you need a ride anywhere they charge cheaper than a taxi plus the Northern Lights right outside "
