"Very accommodating owner. We were only in town for 1 night (friend’s birthday party 1 exit away). The owner turned the heat on for us and let us know the house was ready and we could check in early. The house is exactly as listed. It’s very nice and clean! Tons of games to play. We had a great time and will definitely stay next time we’re in town. Oh…Master bed and pillows are VEEY COMFORTABLE!"

"I can’t say enough about how wonderful this property is. The host text us to be sure everything was perfect there. She even left us a box of pastries from the local coffee shop along with chocolates and snacks. The house was well stocked with more than everything we needed. If we play baseball in Franklin again, we will definitely stay here."

"It's a beautiful home set on a large property. It has a beautiful pool that we enjoyed and lots of room to spread out in. We met the owner who was very nice and obviously takes great pride in his property. In renting this property, you should know that it is 5-10 minutes from the main road on a gravel drive that is moderately maintained. "We really enjoyed our stay and especially building fires in the cold weather! The manager was extremely kind and easy to work with during our stay. It is a bit of a drive out, so be ready for some country roads. This is not the property owners fault, but just for transparency there are lots of loose dogs (over 10) on nearby properties to be mindful of on your stay. Some are car chasers and stay out in the road. "

"This location has a significant plumbing issue. We arrived late in the evening and were thankfully only staying one night or we would have had to find another place. Anytime any water source was turned on there was an overwhelming sulfur smell that permeated the entire place. The water had a noticeable brown tinge to it. "What a sweet spot we stumbled upon! The lake view is incredible and the house was so well stocked. Beds were comfy, and we all had a wonderful time. The only downside is that we had no idea it was a duplex and the owners would be staying above us for the weekend. It turned out to be totally fine, it was just a surprise at first, as I didn't see anything in the listing regarding this possibility."
