“No bathtub in the hotel has a working stopper for baths” according to hotel staff. Extremely bright lights outside with limited window shading, air conditioner blows straight on the bed with no option to adjust, breakfast was all processed.

The room was clean; however, the bathroom is in need of updating. Odd odor upon entering lobby; thank goodness the room did not have the same. This was a pay at property; however, the employee did not say anything about if at time of check-in, so we missed out on a discount by not using a specific card. When we asked to have the transaction cancelled so we could use a different payment method we were told 'that's impossible, it's already gone through'. Very disappointing, would choose a different accommodation on our next visit.

The room had a smell of too much cologne. My husband cough was awful. No lid for the ice bucket. The towels were very rough. The whole place was unkept. The hot tub was not working. Not up to being a Best Western. Very disappointing. The dining area had 4 small tables and the food was awful.
