"Excellent place to stay. Perfect location for the old town and its small but wonderful character Lovely people and a really nice room with a great terrace overlooking the lake. Lovely time and well worth a stay. "

"L’arredamento un po’ vecchio ma il bagno da sistemare. Aveva la doccia piccola e lo scarico intasato perché l’acqua non scendeva. Il palo che reggeva il doccino era rotto. "

"It was quite a pleasant stay i had in the Lovely Bed. Room was basic but clean. Microwave was available to cook meals in as there was no breakfast included. 1 bathroom shared by most rooms. Had a good sleep. "

"Although I had requested 2 separate beds, I was told by reception that it was unable to happen, and I had to share a double bed with my travelling partner. Reception said booking through Expedia was not always accurate (something like that) and unfortunately only this room with 1 bed was available. We stayed because it was the only option really, but other than that, everything was awesome. Great spot in the city, super close to the Nettuno train station, lots of food close and close to a great...

"We loved the location, went to a local restaurant, had dinner, and thoroughly enjoyed the food and atmosphere. We would love to go back. Just wish there had been some fans in each room, was very hot there."

"Can’t say enough about this oasis of a property and the property owners! Sara was super responsive and a joy to get to know while we stayed here. The home is very clean and well-maintained- very comfortable. We rented the main house which the upper level apartment for a very reasonable cost. If the whole home is rented, 8 people can stay here very comfortably. Close to grocery stores and train stations too. Would absolutely stay here again!"
