Eine Verwöhnwoche
Wir hatten eine Suite ohne Balkon gebucht. Der Blick in den Garten zur Stadt hin ließ uns den Balkon nicht vermissen. Nach der täglichen Nutzung des Swimming-Pools und dem vom Angebot her umfangreichen, abwechslungsreichen Frühstück konnten wir die Tagesunternehmungen starten. Die bewohnten Zimmer der Suite waren sauber und wurden täglich gereinigt. Die Ausstattung der Zimmer haben unsere Erwartungen voll erfüllt. Die ruhige Lage trug zur schnellen Erholung bei. Insgesamt eine gelungene "schnörkellose" Auszeit!

Das Schwimmbad ist super. Das Frühstück ebenso. Das Einzelzimmer „Classic“ war schrecklich. Steril und man guckte auf eine Häuserwand. Das Fenster war nicht geputzt und die Reinigung des Zimmers mangelhaft. Nachts kam man durch Lärmbelästigung schlecht zur Ruhe, betrunkene Männer bzw laute Musik.

Die Lage das Hotel ist ideal. Sehr zentral und trotzdem ruhig. Das Einzelzimmer ist relativ groß.

Wir haben uns trotz einiger Mängel sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Betten sind ausgezeichnet. Im Badezimmer fehlt der Kosmetikspiegel. Der Abstellplatz für Räder und E-Bikes entspricht nicht der Qualitätsvorgabe des Hotels.

Das Superior Doppelzimmer besteht nach einem Umbau von zwei EZ aus einem großen raum mit 2 Bädern. Das war sehr gut. Die Einrictung war i.O. Als sehr schlecht empfanden wir die Kopfkissen. Diese waren viel zu dick. Man konnte nicht gut darauf schlafen. Das Frühstück war gut und reichhaltig. Auch der Saunabereich und der Fitnessraum waren gut. Insgesamt müssen wir trotzdem sagen das 232 Euro PP pro Nacht für 2 Personen zu teuer waren.

Ein entspannter Aufenthalt
Uns hat der Service in allen Bereichen gefallen. Alle Mitarbeitenden waren zuvorkommend, freundlich und immer für Fragen und deren Lösung offen. Das Frühstücksbuffet war gut, abwechslungsreich und reichlich. Eine Verbesserung wäre es, wenn sie am Frühstücksbuffet vegane Brotaufstriche und veganen Jogurt hätten. Ich habe mich mit Rohkost, Obst und Sojamilch beholfen. Da ab November ja eh renoviert wird, denke ich dass der Teppichboden ausgetauscht wird, der an manchen Stellen schon in die Jahre gekommen ist. Mir persönlich wäre es lieber ein Zimmer zu haben, der keinen Teppichboden hätte, dafür ein qualitativ guter /hochwerdiger Boden. Die Louge war mir zu dunkel. Mir hat der Aufendhalt in ihrem

Mein Zimmer war zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Lampen müssten mal erneuert werden. Das Bad ist sehr klein aber gut ausgestattet. Sehr schön: das Schwimmbad. Frühstück war sehr gut, das gesamte Personal im Haus sehr freundlich.

Rezeption war sehr freundlich , Zimmer hatte 2 Bäder eigentlich sehr gut aber leider jedes so klein das man sich kaum bewegen konnte und sehr schlecht ausgeleuchtet. Außer Seife keinerlei Zusatzprodukt wie Watte oder ähnliches. Im Zimmer nie jeweils ein Kopfkissen was das lesen bzw. TV schauen ungemütlich machte trotz zweier Sessel . Frühstücksbüffet war nichts besonderes. Würde mal sagen Konvenienz-Rührei

Verlängertes Wochenende auf Norderney
Haben zu zweit ein unbeschwertes Wochenende auf Norderney verbracht. Das Hotel ist absolut zentral gelegen in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Kurpark, Kurhaus und Badehaus. Zahlreiche Geschäfte und Restaurants in der Innenstadt fußläufig erreichbar. Zimmer war recht groß, 2*Toilette und Dusche recht klein, aber ok. Minibar vorhanden, leider kein Wasserkocher oder Kaffeeautomat auf dem Zimmer. Matratzen etwas hart. Gutes Frühstücksbuffet.
