"Great location and Beautiful place. We felt very safe here. There is a gate and a garage. I appreciated the communication being fast and easy. The only thing I wish was different was having one more bathroom in the downstairs room that holds 4 people. They had to walk up 2 flights of stairs for a shower. Other than that, we were very happy with the place and we would definitely stay there again!"

"Absolutely loved the property! It was very conveniently located, parking was amazing. It is newly built and very spacious. We were in town for the night very last minute due to a family emergency and because of the holiday there weren’t too many places available. My only complaint is the price, the cleaning fee is as much as a 1 night stay. "

"We enjoyed our stay. The was place was clean and the host, Anna, was so extremely kind and accommodating. Checking in and out was smooth- no issues. The back yard is fenced in. Perfect little area if bringing a small pet with you. I only have 2 small issues but not enough that I wouldn’t stay again. The place had an odor to it, maybe a pet was there before us or from the stagnant air (its been pretty warm) and when we opened the living area curtains, the window opened up to the neighbors patio....

"We stayed here with family. The area felt very safe. We were able to walk to the grocery store and other restaurants during the day. You need a car in my opinion but there's plenty of on street parking and a garage. The trolley is within walking distance as well. We loved city park which is basically right down the road. There's also a pool area which was nice to hang out at but the water is not heated. My only complaint is the overpowering smell of fabulouso. I'm sensitive to cleaning product...

"The place was in a great location. It was safe and close to Saint Charles and magazine Street. However the apartment wasn’t clean enough. I found hair in the shower and there were small bugs flying around in the apartments. There was dirt/residue by the windows. The bed only had a lite sheet and quilt on top. The Tv was very finicky and I had to restart it multiple times in order to get the tv to to work. Considering the price the overall stay didn't quite meet expectations."

"Was in the area for a bowling tournament and even though my team and I did not fair as well as we would have liked, a great time was had by all. Our unit was just as advertised, clean, close to our venue, restaurants, and New Orleans. Dominque ensured we had everything we could need and was just a phone call away with suggestions and answers for any questions we had. "Nicely appointed studio apartment and convenient location. The bathroom is not suitable for everyone, a little awkward for a large person. Water pressure was not very good. I’ve never seen a note to tip the cleaning person which I thought was an unnecessary expectation since it is a small rental and the cleaning fee should more than cover the cost of cleaning. Time to dust the bathroom vent and on top of the refrigerator. Did have fun and perfect for our weekend in Nola."

"This property was really nice. The only problem was, we had issues with the air conditioning 3 days out of the 6 days we were there. It's in the middle of the summer so needless to say we were uncomfortable especially at night trying to sleep. Maintenance finally was able to fix it on our third day there so we were comfortable after that. "
