"We were there 25/12 and were given the complimentary dinner and breakfast. Both were very good. Staff were lovely even though they were busy. Somehow managed to hook a room without windows. I would be more careful next time as I did not like that, but it was only 1 night here. A bit claustrophobic for me. Overall a good stay but beware of no windows! "

"our short visit was truly memorable and pleasant. The staff at the desk were helpful,friendly and polite. The hotel serves its purpose however we found the rooms a bit cramped however it did not take the comfort or relaxation away. Very convenient location with supermarket next door ,burger place across the road ,, bus stop across the road. Breakfast was very good and constantly topped up so even if you arrived late you would still find food topped up ..Overall a great experience . "

"Stayed for one night having booked the standard twin room. Initial room room was very small and more a single sized room. Spoke with reception who quickly changed the room to a more appropriate larger room. Good service from reception and quickly resolved our issue. Room was clean and bed comfortable. Good location close to the castle and lots of restaurants around to choose from. Street parking closeby and a supermarket just down the road. "
