"This fancy resort is great but not perfect. The staff is amazing but we got a little subpar treatment once we decided not to sign up for their resort membership (maybe this was a coincidence?). The resort is 35 mins from the town of Loreto. A complimentary shuttle to town would have been nice once you and the family exhaust the activities there. Otherwise it was probably the nicest place we have ever stayed at. "

"I have to give it a 5 out of 10. As soon as we checked in they staff overwhelm you with trying to buy a time share. Obviously they don’t take NO for an answer. You would think that since we’re paying a good amount to stay at their resort they would accommodate us from the airport. Nope, they charge 160 US dollars one way!! For a family of 8.
