We loved our stay from the pool and provided beach gear to the well appointed kitchen and comfortable bedroom arrangement. Jen was super helpful before & during our stay! The beaches in Aruba are beautiful- we would come back for sure.

Perfectly located piece of paradise.
We had such a great time enjoying this beautiful villa. It is in a perfect location to enjoy walking to restaurants and shopping near by. The villa is very well stocked with whatever you could possibly need to enjoy your vacation. We spend endless hours floating in the huge pool and enjoying the outside areas. The villa is very spacious and had a great layout, allowing for privacy and lots of space. Can't wait for our next Aruba adventure and would love to stay at this villa again. This house is outstanding! We had a phenomenal family vacation and the property played a huge role. The house was prettier in person than even the photos and was located in close to the beach. The host was great in their communication and assisted us with any needs, including arranging activities that we were interested in. Would definitely stay at this property again!

Aruba Oasis
We loved our stay in Aruba! The place is within a 5 minute walk to the beach, shopping, dining and casinos. There was ample supply of pool floats, sand toys, cooler and beach chairs. The pool area is a tropical oasis and very relaxing. Jen is very responsive to communication prior and during our stay. We would definitely recommend this to our family and friends!

House was perfect for our stay. Owners thought of all of our needs, including beach chairs, snorkel equipment, coolers and beach towels. Loved the location and the house. Owners were very responsive as well. Would not hesitate to book again.

Friends Getaway
This property was just perfect and was exactly as described. Our group had (4) couples, the property gave us plenty of room so we all had our own space, but also allowed us to gather for drinks, cards and plenty of laughs. The property is only about 5-7 minute walk from shopping, restaurants, the beach and pretty much anything you would need. The hosts were extremely helpful and super easy to work with. We would highly recommend this property.

Simply Perfect!
We stayed at Palm Beach Paradise Villa January 12-18 2024 for a family vacation with our 3 adult children, all in their 20s. The rental was exactly as advertised--clean, spacious, well-appointed. The pool and outdoor areas were great. And the location was terrific--just a short walk or drive to Palm Beach, and with our rental car we easily trekked around the island. A big thanks to Jen, who contacted us before the trip and offered her recommendations on things to do and places to eat, etc. We had a wonderful time, and highly recommend this rental!

Best Villa for a family
Great home that has everything you need to be comfortable and have fun. Short walk to the beach. Beautiful pool and amenities. Outstanding concierge helps plan a wonderful vacation. Chef can prepare great gourmet meals. Arrange massages in the shade outdoors. Close to shopping and restaurants. Best paradise vacation. Owner accommodating and very helpful. Best spring break!
We traveled with two families with kids ranging from 8 years old to 16 and we had plenty of space for everyone. From initial booking the house were very responsive and helpful. They gave great recommendations on things to do and places to eat. There were plenty of pool floats, beach towels, and sand toys. The two coolers were also great to have for beach days. The walk from the house to our toes in the sand was only five minutes and super easy. We loved having our own place to come back at the end of the night and play cornhole, swim, and play games. We will definitely be staying here again.

Great house close to beach
The house was great, very clean. 5 min walk to the beach and the pool was great. The owners were diligent and followed up to make sure we did not need anything. Four bedrooms all separate locations in the house for privacy for everyone. There’s a shortcut to cut across and get to the holiday inn beach in 5 mins. We will definitely stay at this house again.

This house was perfect for our family's spring break. It was exactly as described. The location was awesome for access to palm beach's activities - beaches, outstanding restaurants/bars, shopping, etc. Super clean, awesome pool, comfortable beds, nice kitchen/common areas, great outdoor space. Spring Break - Family Style
We wanted to share Aruba with our adult children and their significant others. This property has 3 bedrooms and baths so everyone can get ready easily. In addition, there’s a guest house with an additional bedroom/bath. The owners have thought of everything you would need from beach chairs/coolers to games in the living room. Jenn provided many excellent suggestions from Jolly Pirates snorkeling to Tuesday night tacos at Lolas. The house is an easy walk to the beach and has a beautiful pool if you’d rather have a relaxing afternoon at the house. We highly recommend staying at Paradise Villa! Absolutely exceeded expectations.

We absolutely loved this house!! It was perfect for our family trip to Aruba. We had 4 adults and 3 children and the main house fit us all comfortably. The house was very clean, spacious, and beautiful. Everyone enjoyed the pool and the outdoor palapa. It was great sitting out there in the evenings after the kids went to bed. The location was very convenient to shops, restaurants, and the beach. Tom was very helpful when we needed assistance booking a rental car. Would definitely stay here again!! Thank you!!

Great vacation home!
This house allowed 3 couples privacy and great spaces for gathering! There were several spots inside and outside for meals, lounging, playing board games, swimming, and corn hole! The kitchen was equipped more than in any other rental we’ve used! Close to beaches, shopping, and restaurants! The neighborhood was quiet and easily accessible. Beds were comfortable and plenty of room to unpack your clothes. There were some rafts for the pool and beach chairs for all of us to use. There was even some beach toys and scuba masks in the laundry room. Jen responded quickly to any questions we had. Would definitely rent this home again should our travels bring us back to Aruba!

Aruba's charm
Had a very enjoyable stay with a party of nine, including an eight-month-old. The bedrooms offered privacy and comfort. The large kitchen and dining areas, and close proximity to quality groceries (Super Food Mart), made cooking a pleasure. The pool was a daily pleasure. The cornhole area in front is very cool and fun for the group. Jimmy, the co-owner, was attentive and a wealth of information when needed. Lerita arranged for a private chef the night we arrived and later set up a sunset catamaran cruise for our group. Those were special treats. All in all, a great experience.

Spring Break in Paradise
Our family of four (2 adults, 2 kids-11 yo) absolutely loved this property! The house was perfect for us. It was clean, well stocked, and spacious. We walked 5 min to the restaurants on Palm Beach and found the grocery stores to have a wonderful variety of food for meals cooked at home. Our kids loved the pool and my husband and I loved the palapa in the shade. Our favorite beach was Arashi because it was more rustic and less crowded. Jen was the best host we have ever had and we rent a lot of properties! Her communication, recommendations, and willingness to go above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect was appreciated. We spent a day at DePalm Island and rented a beach cabana to see the flamingos. The kids had a blast on the water slides, banana boat, and snorkeling that day. We would highly recommend it for families! There is so much to do in Aruba we are already talking about coming back. We would absolutely stay at the same property again and highly recommend it to others. We seriously hated to leave!

Beautiful house with all the amenties you need for your Aruba vacation!
Great location within walking distance of the beach, great restaurants and entertainment. This house met all of our needs for our family vacation with 10 people. We had ages 19 - 53 and all of us had the best vacation we can ever remember. The owners were extremely prompt in replying to any questions we had - Jen was nice enough to call me and go into detail giving me great tips for local entertainment, excursions, and beach location. By the way, we love Moombas! We rented umbrellas on the beach by Moombas setting up camp where "our guy" delivered us drinks and lunch on the beach at a very reasonable price. Then we would return in the evenings when they had live music. Our excursions included: ATV tour, Pirate Ship, Lighthouse, Baby Beach (best snorkeling), Aloe Factory, Jet Skiing, and the Donkey Sanctuary. We would definitely stay here again and hope to be back soon!

Fantastic House! Great Location!Best Vacation Ever
Paradise Villa is as described in the listing and so much more. Perfect Location safe and quite area, great open layout to the outdoor area; spacious bedrooms with comfortable beds, bathrooms are clean & big, kitchen has everything you need to cook and enjoy a full meal, we loved pool and outdoor area to eat and enjoy the breeze, house is fresh and clean. Aruba is a paradise; we enjoyed downtown area, visited the Lighthouse, Eagle beach and Palm beach, best of all Baby Beach and The Butterfly Farm for our 4 year old daughter. We thank property manager Ms. Yolanda and her family for everything and the owners for letting us enjoy their wonderful vacation home. We definitely recommend this home to our friends, family and to travelers looking for a home away from home This is the one!!. We will return to Aruba and we would love to stay here again. This place is even better in person than in the pictures, and the hosts are just as amazing as the house. They are there to help an any way, shape, or form they can. They'll check-in just to make sure everything is going well, and are a true asset to the trip. We timed our walk to the beach at 8 minutes, but chose to walk further at times for open areas. The strip is also a great time at night, and being in the center of Palm Beach, you are a close 5 minute drive to eagle Beach or Arashi Beach (which was our favorite). We used the guest house for a couple that don't like to stay up late paying games, so the space ended up being so perfect. At the end of the trip, each person in my party talked about how great our stay at this house was. If you're going the house rental route in aruba, this is top notch.
