"I rented the 420 house for my sister's birthday trip to Thailand. The house itself is amazing. The pictures are spot on. The townhouse has a nice gated entry where you could park a car or a few scooters. There is also an upstairs patio with beautiful views. Which is also where I noticed there was a washer there as well. "The house is clean, nicely decorated and convenient to travel to Siam Paragon and Central World. There are restaurants, pubs, bars in a walking distance as well as a very big park near the house so we had an exercise at the park in every morning before exploring Bangkok. The host is very responsive so we really enjoy our stay in Shirley’s house."

"Unprofessional host,did not show up,did not answer email & call no show up at all We've stayed more than 24hrs waiting & its our first time in thailand we dont know anyone who can help us.We have 2 seniors in our travel and this is what we experience.Our safety waiting outside the property from the airport at 3am waiting for the no show up & unresponsive host is very risky but the host did not answer our call & did not even provide instruction on what we need to do when we arrived."
