"A really great stay! The property is in the heart of the Nimman area; super close to lots of great dining options (Thai / Western restaurants, cafes & bars), walkable area with easy access to songthaew's (and other modes of transport) that can take you all over the city. Hotel was clean and tidy with lovely decoration and a sufficiently sized pool to relax in. A bonus is the rooms smell incredible because of some kind of vanilla-scented oil they use! We didn't try the breakfast / food options...

"The staff at the Grand Napat are very professional, they maintain the hotel and pool immaculately. We loved the sunset views from the balcony, and large room with dishes and kettle. The Continental breakfast was impressive and included several menus choices. Only wish it were closer to amenities. "

Great hospitality

"Amazing hospitality. Location close to many eateries especially One Nimman and White Market which have many small stores selling local crafts. Many choices of cafes within walking distance from the hotel as well. Team was fantastic and paid so much attention to details. Kudos to manager Game, her assistant Ken and the entire team at Nimman Chiang Mai. Highly recommended and happy to return again. "

"I had a wonderful experience at Melia in chiang Mai. The staff were incredibly welcoming, the rooms were spotless and stylish, and the amenities, including the spa, were exceptional. The location was perfect, offering both convenience and tranquility. The service truly stood out, making my stay feel luxurious yet warm. I will definitely recommend, 10 out of 10. "
