"Decent Hotel, clean, not the newest but in a good position. Property needs some renovation as it's quite old. Service is fine, perhaps some more international Breakfast options would be nice to enhance the overall experience. "

"Great hotel my only pet peeve is that they don’t take credit card for the deposit. Many places in Ubon Ratchathani do not take credit cards it seems."

"I can't say enough about the staff, they were great, friendly and ready to serve you,but the conditions of the hotel might need some more attention, some parts were dirty, and also the room needed more attention, looks like, some things were not cleaned for a long time, i don't like giving bad reviews, because the working staff was great, this goes to the owners of the hotel,!!"

"We have stayed here a few times now everything was good. Breakfast selection is limited, food was okay. Hotel is a 5min walk to the main road that offer street food, 7/11 and other food options. Gym, lots of parking, and use of bicycle available "

"Peaceful and traditional style hotel with lots of wood appointments all the modern conveniences, and pleasant staff. Very quiet here and the rooms are a good size. Breakfast was not special. "

"Check in was quick, room was good size, bed was a bit hard, quiet area, short walk to street food and mini Big C, 7/11. Breakfast was very good,had 4 main Asian dishes, salad bar, soup, egg dish, toast, coffee, juice. Overall a good stay "

"This was a great hotel for our stay. It was walkable to transportation and dining. The room was spacious and the beds were moderately comfortable. We had a very large window with a great view. It was less than ten minutes from the airport. They offered us a free ride to the airport. "

"The bathroom conditions were poor. Area was poorly constructed. Stepping into the washroom sometimes caused you to slip because tile level was uneven at door opening. No inroom hairdryer "

"Located in a quiet area (not on a main like big hotels but close to tons of restaurants & food stalls, very clean, the shower is good. Generous with bar soap, no conditioner which is fine with me. No elevator.* Staffs are very friendly and very accommodating, breakfast is decent. Overall experience is good and will stay again. "

"I and my daughter enjoyed our relaxing stay at U Duay Gan Garden Home. Staff was too kind and generous, helping us with everything we needed from hailing taxis to helping place vegan food orders. The owner Air was warm, friendly and so generous. I highly recommend staying here for a family feel."

"Advertised pool, gym, and exercise classes DO NOT exist. Property is not in a convenient location. I was stuck in my room with no facilities to use while my partner was at work. You ‘Wotif’ refused to help even though the manager was helping until he saw my booking was through you. I only stayed for part of my booking and moved to a great hotel with advertised facilities that DID exist. "
