Enjoy a relaxing and authentic stay, surrounded by the lush nature of Parc National Papineau-Labelle.

Accommodates up to 8 adults and 2 kids.

For your comfort, CORDON 144 offers:

A common living space, designed in an open concept, including a living room, kitchen, and dining area.

3 comfortable bedrooms:

- 1 bedroom with a King size bed
- 1 bedroom with a Queen size bed
- 1 bedroom with a Queen size bed

In addition, you will find 4 single foldable beds.

Two full bathrooms are also available for your convenience.

Enjoy a closed veranda with a dining table, perfect for friendly gatherings.

For your entertainment, a foosball table is at your disposal.  
Outside, you can relax in the covered 4-season spa and enjoy a designated area with a fire pit.

During the summer season, the cottage has shared access to a private property with a dock and relaxation area on the shore of Lac des Grandes Baies (approximately 200 meters from the cottages). This access is shared with the neighboring cottage (CORDON 138). 4 kayaks and 2 paddle boards are available.

Infos to note:
**SPA not available**
- Please note that we give no guarantee on operation, cleanliness or technical support for the BBQ from November to April (there is no maintenance done during this period).
-The indoor gas fireplace is unavailable from May to September due to a lack of maintenance during this period. It is in service from early October to the end of April. If you would like to use it outside these dates, please feel free to request it, and we will do our best to accommodate you.
- Please note that we supply propane only between the months of May to October.
- We provide one bath towel per person. Extra towels, spa or beach towels are not provided.
- It is possible to rent the two chalets for a larger group of 20 people (Cordon 138 and 144).
- Presence of a surveillance camera outside the chalet only for security reasons.
