"It is a 5 minute walk (if that) to the tram to take you to the airport terminals. The room we were in was very clean, comfortable mattress and pillows. While we were there it was also quiet. It was probably the nicest airport hotel I’ve stayed at for the price. The breakfast was amazing. Good selection to choose from and excellent quality. We would stay here again without a doubt. "

"We loved our stay in this hotel. Staff are friendly, they tried their best to give our needs. Very helpful. The place was beautiful and quite which we really loved. Near also in metro 5min walked, easy access to go anywhere. We will definitely stay again if we come back. They also give as room with a nice view. "

However, this can be a challenge for those who are not familiar with technology, like my parents who traveled with me. The room is comfortable, with a very comfortable bed and pillows. However, the bed built into the side walls can be a bit uncomfortable for some guests with reduced mobility. In our case, my parents over 80 years old found it a bit difficult to get out of bed due to the lack of side passages. The hotel offers several services and amenities, including a bar on the 16th floor with spectacular views of Paris. Breakfast was one of the things that impressed me the most (better than continental breakfasts in USA hotels), with a variety of options including fruits, cereals, cold milk, yogurt, hot dishes, and sweet breads. The hot coffee preparation service is especially noteworthy. The hotel has adequate security measures, such as the use of key cards to access rooms and the elevator. Overall, my experience at the citizenM Gare de Lyon hotel was positive. The staff was very friendly and willing to help, and the location is ideal for exploring Paris. "
