"Vi havde et fantastisk ophold hos Ban Mae Resort. Vores bungalow var stor med både soveværelse, bagagerum, badeværelse og terrasse. Stedet ligger langt fra touristresorterne på øens vestside, men servicen var i top! Der er fantastisk natur, dyreliv og en lille kiosk ved vejen. "Booked this "luxurious, best hotel on the island" for 10 nights and lasted one. The airconditioner was blowing mouldy smelling damp air, informed reception 20 mins after checking in, asked for a candle or something to remove smell while we aired it out. Staff couldnt care less, no candles, I checked the roof where the airconditioners were located and completely covered with mould over everything including resort walls.
