My paper tickets for 2 events got soaked with water on the train. The front desk very kindly reprinted my tickets, eliminating any chance that I would be rejected at the entrances. "

The fridge in the room a very welcome addition considering the temperatures, and the safe well used. The hotel provides a shuttle transport to Licola Railway Station. Do not rely on the times stated, we did, and very nearly missed our tour meet leading to a frantic attempt to get across Naples and get to the meeting Point with seconds to spare.
