"We stayed in the executive room with the jacuzzi bath in the room and it was simply the best, the room was huge, the bed was super comfy and the jacuzzi was absolutely amazing the staff were so very helpful in every way and it was a gorgeous hotel, the shuttle bus was superb to get you into the city centre and back, we would highly recommend this hotel "

"Have stayed here multiple times and will likely return again, but our particular room had the tiniest awkward bathroom, and wasn't serviced properly - no restocking of fridge, glasses, cups, tissue, towels, etc. The breakfast, dining room, and bar staff were excellent. The front desk staff, not so much, sadly."

"We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The owners are incredibly lovely, paying attention to every detail to ensure guests feel comfortable. "The hotel was excellent and the staff were very polite, helpful and welcoming but the area around it unfortunately is very run down which isn't the best welcome as you get off the train and walk into the town. It would be better if the city government made the entrance to town much more welcoming. "

"The most important thing to me is cleanliness, and i could not fault the hotel on this. The room was clean, and cleaned daily with the towels replaced. The fridge in the room a very welcome addition considering the temperatures, and the safe well used. The hotel provides a shuttle transport to Licola Railway Station. Do not rely on the times stated, we did, and very nearly missed our tour meet leading to a frantic attempt to get across Naples and get to the meeting Point with seconds to spare. The staff very friendly, the pool area great. "
