"Went in to it not knowing what to expect, and were blown away! We felt like royalty living in luxury. We didnt add the buffet dinner, luckily we could add it last minute. Our only regret was not staying longer. We stayed 1 night, shouldve stayed 2-3."

"Not even 4 minutes walk from Noboribetsu Station, it's super easy ton locate. It's however 2-hour walk from Hell Valley or any activity and the buses are not that frequent. There isn't much to do around the area but it's very peaceful and there is a supermarket and 7-11 close by. The girl that checked me in (did not catch her name) was super sweet and helpful. Everyone was very nice. Breakfast is very basic but it's still nice. Showers are clean and bed is super comfortable and allows you to stay warm during the harsh winter! "

"Conveniently located at the lower slope of Noboribetsu. Price is affordable but lift is small and slow. Onsen is a indoor and an outdoor with no views. Room is clean, spacious with plenty of charging plugs in the room. Bed, pillow and duvet is soft and comfortable. We had a wonderful sumptuous Japanese breakfast with mixture of western delights. You do have to walk up a slope to reach the Carpark. If you want an affordable place to stay, here is a good recommendation."

"The room was beautiful, the onsen tubs were gorgeous and there were so many options for tubs. The dinner buffet was the best I've had at a hotel. My only disappoinment was trying to buy gifts from the shop onsite. I didn't realize they close at 11am. So with my hands full of items, they informed me the shop was closing. They did not offer to check me out or direct me to a register, just out of the shop. So I put all my items away and walked out, but I really wanted those items!"
