"Expedia description of house is misleading. We expected the entire house, as per description but when we arrived there was already someone in the house and were informed we only booked the basement. How does the entire house become just a smelly basement apartment. And the upstairs renters had the master code to the basement and let us in as our pass code didn't work. We felt unsafe. The Bay Suites, the host company, lied and said they changed the master code so the upstairs renters...

"The property was advertised as a private bed and bathroom, but I had to share a bathroom with a guy. Also, the floors are so creaky and noisy. Moreover, the toilet is old and dirty. But other parts of the apartment is nice!"

The check-in was seamless, her response was fast and she went ahead to order for extra pots just to make or cooking and stay extra comfortable. We loved the property and will always return again.
