"The Host, Steve was very responsive and helpful. Accommodations are great for a couple, a young family, a small family, or even just some friends! Very spacious and we loved the en-suite bathrooms in the bedrooms. Kitchen was fully equipped with lots of tools. Ample pantry space to store your own goods! Laundry machines were great. Very spacious and great for our family getaway!"

"The Montauk Manor deserves its landmark designation but it is certainly updated and thoughtfully remodelled. The space is very well laid out and there are lovely vistas from every vantage point. My biggest complaint is the noise. Not necessarily the noise of other guests, but an unexplainable mechanical noise. It was a nuisance mostly just in the quiet of the night and the only détraction to an otherwise delightful stay. "

"We had a great time and will definitely option for a return stay. The house fit our group of 23 comfortably. We enjoyed family dinners on the large picnic table and a nightly bonfire. Our kids ranging in age from 3 to 21 enjoyed boating, kayaking, paddle boarding, fishing, swimming, biking, and many other things that the house and area had to offer. The cottages were just great.  It gave us just enough privacy when needed. Everything was very clean and setup nicely. Everyone enjoyed the boat...
