"Beautiful place with plenty of room for a family. Lots to do on site, kids loved the pool and beach areas. Onsite restaurants were as to be expected at a resort type property. It was nice having the space of an air bnb, but the amenities of a resort. Would’ve enjoyed a nice cleaning one day during our visit. Cleaners only came the first morning after check in (before we needed anything) and never again during our stay. Other than that, everything was great. We’d go back for sure. Loved being right next door to the turtle hospital!"

"We stayed at Kingsail Resort in Marathon for two nights. Like most rooms in the Florida Keys, the units are older, but they have been upgraded. The staff was friendly and very helpful. This resort is convenient to a number of restaurants and grocery stores. Publix is a short drive on Sombrero Beach Road. We were out exploring during the day, so this was a comfortable place to lay your head at the end of a day spent at the beach. No need to set an alarm: Play hard, go to bed with the chickens and wake with the roosters. It's all good!"

"Our family of four stayed one night at Captain Pips in Marathon. Like many rooms in the Florida Keys, the units are older but have been renovated. Our unit was very comfortable and spacious. The staff sends messages about how to find the property and the check in procedures, and these were extremely helpful. The property provides several amenities on site. We had access to bicycles that we used to bike the old 7 mile bridge. Our sons enjoyed the jet skis and kayaks. Since the property is located at a marina, there were multiple options for getting out on the water. The people that work on site that we interacted with were very service oriented. The units are a short walk to several restaurants too. We really enjoyed our stay!"

"We had a wonderful time in our cabin! It was very clean and had everything we needed. This is more of a "simple" stay so don't expect a ton of frills but the ac was cold, the little sitting area by the canal was nice to sit at, and the guest passes to the Cabana Club were so nice to use for a pool and beach day. It is a great cental location as well. The management was so responsive and kind as well. Amazing budget-friendly stay in the heart of the keys! "
