"Semi-Japanese Ryokan style. Absolutely no shoes inside property. Very nice hot spring spas. Especially look out spa was great! Fantastic idea to have the Spa clothes for both men and women, so family can get together to see the ocean to soak in the outside hot spring spa. Love the experience. "Great hotel location, directly on the beach & superbe view of the ocean from the room. The hotel room could use a little update, but it was quaint and clean. The staff was very helpful with diner reservations & questions. The breakfast was outstanding!!! "

"There are no place to eat in the hotel also no restaurant in walking distance. Service was very poor. I have to call taxi myself. they dont call taxi for you. Hotel.com should take off this hotel from list. Hoitel itself are nice and clean."

"温泉とバーは最高でした。和食の料理頂きましたが満足もでき美味しかったです。プールは印象より小さかったのですがプールの温度調整もしてて居心地がよかったです。一階のオーシャンビューに宿泊しましたが、窓からの景色生えてる木とかであんまり海が見えなかったのが残念でした。夜になるとレンストラン・バーからの夜の景色が全くなくて外の照明ちょっとあってもいいかなって思いました。全体的にサービスと雰囲気が最高で満足出来ました。"

"The property is newly-furnished & we stayed at the 1st floor Japanese Tatami room - it was sparkling clean & the only downside of this property is not located at the Shirahama center but within 10 mins of driving. Highly recommended for those who self-drive!"

"The hotel was amazing. I loved the private beach and onsen on the balcony. Food was delicious. Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. They gave us a lift whenever we wanted, free of charge. I’d definitely stay there again. "

"The sunset is super beautfil, with the infinity pool & enjoy with foot spa. The enterainment room is great with table tennis, golf, snooker, table football, kids play room, music room. And special event on weekend. Will come again. Highly recommended. Just a suggestion to improve the food quality in the buffet. "

"Shirahama beach area is wonderful and the hotel location is walkable to the beach and restaurants and super market. Nice ocean view and onsen made feel home. Staffs are more than wonderful. Stayed 3 days."

"The price was the best in the city, but this is no hotel as you can find somewhere else. Check-in and check-out was ok. There is no private shower, and with the rain, the ceiling was leaking. Okay-ish hotel. Messages you receive from the owner must be translated in English with Google Translate, but the check-in process pdf is in English."

"I loved the hot springs, was said it was one of the oldest in Shirahama. Boss lady was a great person, and she served with her heart to make sure everything was fine. Food was absolutely delicious! The fishes were all fresh caught by boss lady’s husband every day. All their vegetables were from their organic farm. The view from Boukai was amazing, very close to Beach. I highly recommend this guest house, made me feel like home vacation."
