"We had a nice stay here in April during a convention, and also a visit to Disney and DisneySea. The location is in a pretty quiet area and was about a 10-15 minute walk to the train station and a big mall with grocery and restaurants. The staff was fantastic, gave us great information about the area. They were also a big help on the last morning when we were forwarding our luggage onto our next hotel. There was very convenient free morning shuttle bus that took us to the train station, Disney or DisneySea. "

"This Hotel was better than we were expecting. Its in a good location, about 1 mile away from one of the train stations and well surrounded by restaurants and a short walking distance from a grocery store. The shuttle service to Tokyo Disney was very convenient. As for the hotel itself, it offered a lot of amenities and checking in was a breeze. Our room was supposed to have an ocean view but it was directly in front of a football field. The fact that there was a Lawsons convinience store in the lobby was a big plus, we found ourselves going there everyday and the hotel staff was excellent too."
