"The steam and sauna was really nice on the 25th floor. The hotel itself was nice but you can hear the noise outside all night. Advised it was my birthday before our stay, but no special touch. Not much communication or friendliness with hotel staff, however room cleaners lovely."

"My stay was very good. The location was excellent. They have nice lockers for luggage storage. The people working the front desk are congenial and friendly. The rooms are quite comfortable, just like the pictures, and quiet. The only criticism I would have is that the hallways are rather creepy."
