The apartments in Zaton are only 70 m from the sea. In a quiet part of Zaton, near the town of Nin, surrounded by pine trees.
The apartments about 45 square meters x 4, and 10 square meters balcony / terrace has a fully equipped kitchen, satellite TV, WiFi internet, air conditioning, has its own terrace / balcony; for 2-5 people. At their disposal, guests have to use a common terrace with a fireplace (barbecue area), as well as an outdoor shower and covered parking for vehicles.
Two apartments are on the ground floor and two apartments on the first floor.
The sea and the optional sandy or pebble beaches are 70 meters away. Sandy Cove is suitable for children, non-swimmers. The sand and pebble beach is very suitable for families and nature lovers. The beaches are away from traffic and noise.
If you like cycling, long walks along the beach or in the forest or trips to the rich cultural heritage, to the national parks - you can do all of that with us. The center, cafes and other important meeting places are a 20-minute walk from the apartment, so there is peace and relaxation.

Urlaub mit Hund
Alle sehr nett und freundlich. Tolle Vermieter. Da es überall gebaut wird ziemlich laut. Aber wir haben alternative Buchten zum entspannen gefunden in duboka draga. Ansonsten sehr empfehlenswert.

Great apartment in Zaton
This was a very nice apartment, very comfortable and had everything we needed. Sanja and Dennis were warm and welcoming people. Close to the beautiful quaint town of Nin. The neighbourhood is new and in the process of being constructed and therefore was missing the charm of older, more established neighbourhoods that we have been used to in Croatia. All said, we would recommend this apartment.

A very nice apartment for holidays with children, well located near the beach and very well furnished with everything you need. The fresh tomatoes and figs from the garden and the hospitality of Sanja were the icing on the cake!

Wunderschöner Urlaub
Toller Urlaub ! Sanja und Familie sind einfach super ! Hier ist man gut aufgehoben. Das Haus ist ruhig gelegen und wir konnten so richtig entspannen. Der Strand ist um die Ecke und sorgt für Abkühlung. Empfehle aber sehr einen Ausflug zum Duboka Draga Beach auf Vir oder Deep Draga bei Vrsi. Wundervolle Buchten ! An dem Strand links Von Haus konnten die Kinder Krebse ohne Ende fangen ...das war das Grösste :-). Ausstattung der Wohnung ist super , bei uns wäre nur noch ein Backofen oder Spülmaschine toll gewesen ..😉 Der Grill ist toll ...auch hier wurde uns geholfen das Feuer an zu bekommen. Alles zusammen wieder ein toller Urlaub ! Danke Sanja und der Familie ! Wir wollten eigentlich nicht mehr heim fahren 🤗

Fantastique séjour
Joli appartement, bien équipé. Il est situé à 2 minutes à pied de la mer. La plague de sable eat un peu plus loin. Mais il est possible de trouser à proximité soit la digue qui mène à la place de sable pour les bons nageurs soit une petite descents bétonnée qui permet de se signer sans chaussures. Les propriétaires sont discrets et très sympatique. L'endroit est calme sans beaucoup de touristes. Je recommended vivement pour famille aver jeunes enfants.

Soggiorno super!!!
Siamo una famiglia di 4 persone ed abbiamo soggiornato nell'appartamento a piano terra per 12 gg. Ci siamo trovati molto bene, appartamento molto pulito, confortevole e silenzioso. La spiaggia molto vicina (70m) è veramente bella e tranquilla. Intorno molte spiagge con acque cristalline. Un grazie a Sanja per la sua simpatia e grande ospitalità.

Gastfreundschaft und schöne Unterkunft
Wir waren zum ersten Mal in Kroatien. Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Sanja und Ihre Familie hat alles gemacht um den Urlaub zum Erfolg zu machen. Die Umgebung ist ruhig, einige kleine Strände sind zu Fuss erreichbar. Wir haben uns die Nationalparks in Paklenica und Plitvice angeschaut, beide sehtr empfehlenswert. Zum Abendessen sind wir meistens nach Petrcane gefahren, der Nachbarort mit einigen Restaurants direkt am Meer. Zadar sollte man Abends bestimmt mal besuchen, die schöne Stadt ist in einer Viertelstaunde erreichbar. Machen Sie nicht den Fehler den Tagesausflug per Boot zur Insel Dugi zu buchen, dort soll es den Traumstrand Sakarun geben. Wir können den Ausflug nicht empfehlen, der Strand is nicht besonders schön, ganz anders als auf die gezeigten Bilder, und auf dem Boot langweilt man sich stundenlang.

Nous sommes 2 couples de motards en visite pour la première fois en Croatie , nous avons trouvé cette location au cours de notre périple routier. Nous en sommes enchanté; Il est très bien situé proche de la mer ,très propre et confortable, tout à fait conforme à la description donnée. Wie zuhause gefühlt.
Es war unsere erste Reise nach Kroatien, und wir haben uns in dieses Land verliebt. Wer Ruhig mag ist hier genau Richtig. Wir haben uns sehr Wohl gefühlt, was wir den Gastgebern zu Verdanken haben. Sie haben alle unsere Wünsche erfüllt und viel mehr. Die Ferienwohnungen sind Sauber und Modern. Wasserqualität ist hervorragend und in wenigen Gehminuten zu erreichen. Städte wie Nin und Zadar können mit dem Auto oder Buß schnell erreicht werden. Da bekommt man Vielzahl an Sehenswürdigkeiten Restaurants und Ausflügen. Wir wollen an dieser Stelle ein großen Lob an Sanja und Denis aussprechen. Sie sind mit Herz und Seele dabei den Gästen besten Urlaub zu ermöglichen, was auch unsere kleine Tochter genossen hat. Einfach wunderschön.....
Wir haben die Pfingstferien in Zaton verbracht..... es war dort einfach wunderschön. Super Wohnung, total nette Vermieter und der Strand mir klarem Wasser praktisch vor der Tür. Ausflugsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants waren viele vorhanden und alles leicht zu erkunden. Nin und Zadar sind leicht zu erreichen und bieten für den Urlauber gute Retaurants und Sehenswürdigkeiten. Ich kann es nur empfehlen. Thankyou Sanja!!!

Nur zu Empfehlen !!
Es war ein super schöner Urlaub! Wir hatten für 14 Tage eine Wohnung im ersten Stock mit Balkon gebucht und alles war sehr sauber und prima eingerichtet. Erstaunt waren wir schon bei unserer Ankunft als Sanja und ihre Familie uns halfen unser Reisegepäck aus dem Auto zu laden. Wir fanden alles wie im Internet beschrieben vor. Das Meer keine Minute vom Haus entfernt. Für kleinere Kinder ein Sandstrand und ansonsten der Kiesstrand vor der Türe. Wir sind allerdings öfters ins Nah gelegene stillgelegte Millitärgebiet zum baden gefahren – dort ist es ruhiger und eher von Einheimischen besucht. Wer abends Unterhaltung sucht kann zu Fuß oder besser mit dem Fahrrad das "Holiday Resort" besuchen. Wir waren vor allem begeistert von der sehr schön gepflegten Minigolfanlage die bis 23.30 geöffnet ist, aber natürlich auch von den Abendshow´s, Eisdielen, Restaurant´s, Shop´s und vieles mehr – für Unterhaltung ist gesorgt. Sanja u.ihr Mann sind super tolle Vermieter! Herzlich und um das Wohl der Gäste bemüht. Danke Denis das du uns so geholfen hast, das wir für uns ein paar Tage ein Motorboot leihen konnten. Eigentlich kann alles bequem in ein paar Minuten mit dem Auto erreichen: Zadar,Nin,Vir etc.! Unser Tip fürs Essen gehen: Die Taverna in Diklo " Richtung Zadar! Sehr lecker! Mit Meerblick beim Essen toll! Danke an die Gastgeber die sich so bemüht haben das wir einen erholsamen Urlaub genießen durften. Unterkunft, Vermieter, Umgebung alles prima. Nur zu empfehlen!!

Super Unterkunft
Unser Urlaub bei Sanja war einfach toll !!! Wir haben uns wie zu hause gefühlt, es hat einfach alles gestimmt und gepasst. Sanja und ihr Mann sind super tolle Gastgeber, mit denen man sich gut unterhalten könnte, auch auf russisch, für unsere kleine 3 jährige Tochter war Sanja wie eine zweite Mama. Die Wohnung war super toll, modern und mit liebe eingerichtet, es hat an nichts gefehlt. Der Strand mit glassklarem Wasser ist in 2-3 min. erreichbar, Sandstrand in 5-10 min. Wer es etwas ruhiger mag ist da richtig, sonst geht oder fährt man zum "Holiday Resort" wo viel Action angeboten wird. Es waren einfach super tolle 14 Tage die leider viel zu schnell vorbei waren, die wir aber nicht so schnell vergessen werden.

Wer Erholung sucht.....
ist hier genau richtig! Zum Apartment und dem gesamten Anwesen muss nicht mehr viel gesagt werden. Wie schon in anderen Bewertungen erwähnt, alles sehr sauber und modern eingerichtet. An dieser Stelle möchte ich gerne nochmal die große Gastfreundlichkeit loben. Alleine die liebe und fürsorgliche Art der Vermieterin und Ihrer Familie ist schon Grund genug, eins ihrer Apartments zu wählen. Soviel Herzlichkeit haben wir selten erlebt. Weiter so! Das Apartment liegt in einer ruhigen, neu erschlossenen Gegend. Kies- als auch Sandstrand sind in 2-3 Gehminuten zu erreichen. Beide Strände sind nahezu Menschenleer im Gegensatz zu den, in etwa 2-3 km entfernten, Hauptstränden in Zaton. Vor allem für Kinder ist das Wasser geeignet, Glasklar und man kann am Sandstrand ewig weit rein gehen. Nin und Zadar sind mit dem Auto schnell zu erreichen. An Restaurants haben wir einiges ausprobiert, besonders empfehlen können wir die "Pineta" in Kozino, ca 5 km Richtung Zadar, nicht zu verfehlen, gegenüber eines Adventure Parks. Alles in allem hat es uns sehr gut gefallen, wir haben uns sehr gut erholt, was mitunter auch an der ruhigen Lage lag und natürlich an Sanja und ihrer Familie. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder! We have stayed in several apartments in Europe, and this was one of our favorites! This apartment has a good location, was very clean and quiet. It is about a 15 minute drive to Zadar where there are plenty of shops and restaurants for your needs. It was also a short walk to the pebble beach. What made this apartment even better was Sanja and her family. They were always so helpful and made us feel at home!

Ruhige Strände u.glasklares Wasser!
Wer keinen direkten Trubel mag und entspannen möchte ist hier genau richtig aufgehoben!Man kann aber auch in 20Min.zu Fuß,das "Holiday Resort" erreichen,wo "Action" geboten wird:Disco,Wassersport etc.!Wir waren in Zaton 14Tage ,mit zwei 14jährigen Mädchen.Selbst die beiden kamen voll auf Ihre Kosten!Das Wasser ist "glasklar" und läd direkt zum tauchen ein. Sanja u.ihr Mann sind super tolle Gastgeber! Man fühlt sich, als wenn man privat zu Besuch wäre.Ich kann nur bestätigen was in der vorherigen Bewertung gesagt wurde! Man kann alles bequem in ein paar Minuten mit dem Auto erreichen:Zadar,Nin,Vir etc.! Und Essen gehen kann man hier in der Nähe eigentlich überall! Einfach ausprobieren! Unser Tip:bei"Franko" ca.6km auf der Strecke nach Zadar!Leistung,Auswahl u.Preise passen! Wer lieber Pizza mag ist in Nin 4km, besser aufgehoben!Direkt am Kreisel Ortseingang! Pizza sehr gut! Im Großen u.Ganzen ist unser Urlaub gelungen.Nicht unerheblichen Anteil hatte dabei die Herzlichkeit u.Hilfsbereitschaft des Gastgebers! Wohnung,Gastgeber,Umgebung u.s.w. hat alles gepasst! Nur zu empfehlen!! Wenn wir nächstes mal nach Kroatien fahren,dann wird Sanja wieder unser Ziel sein! Beata u.Eddy

SUPER UNTERKUNFT
Es war ein ganz toller Urlaub. Die Unterkunft ist alles wie in der Anzeige beschrieben. Sehr sauber und modern eingerichtet. Die Vermieter sind supernett und gastfreundlich. Die Unterkunft ist etwas abgelegen vom großen Rummel und sehr ruhig gelegen. Perfekt für einen schönen Urlaub. Der Strand ist in 2 min. erreichbar. Entweder Sandstrand oder Kiesstrand, wie man es gerne hat.

Quiet Getaway with everything you need!
If you're looking for a nice quiet spot within walking distance of the beach, but far from the crowds, this place is for you! I stayed recently with my husband and four-year-old daughter, and it was just what we were looking for. Not only does it have a well-equipped indoor and outdoor kitchen, along with a sunny terrace, but Sanja and her husband served us dinner on the terrace on our arrival. We felt as if we were guests in their home (in a good way)! It's clear that Sanja truly loves hosting families at her apartments in Zaton, and it's her passion that makes all the difference!
