"Beautiful property and rooms. Checkin and checkout service was excellent. Dining is next to the Nile which has beautiful views. Breakfast buffet was just ok compared to other places I have stayed and options/service was very lacking at breakfast. Overall and excellent stay and value and would recommend it."

"This is a very nice hotel on an island in the middle of the Nile. You need to take a boat to reach it. The boat starts from the point marked "Pyramisa Isis Island Pick Up point" on Google maps. All the tours and private cars will meet you at the parking area at this pick up point. The boat takes about 5 minutes to make the journey but you might need to wait 15 minutes for the boat to set off. It runs all hours. Due to its island location this is a very peaceful place. "

"Guest relation manager Reham had contacted us prior to our visit to ensure that any of our special requests could be accommodated. Maria was very helpful at check-in and offered us a complimentary upgrade and even arranged for a cake to celebrate our son's birthday. The location of the property on the top of the hill was quite unique and gave a view of the unfinished obelisk and the Nile, with good sunrise/sunset view. Would definitely recommend this property."

"On our first night, we were assigned a room that had a toxic construction smell, a leaking shower door sill, and a broken sliding door to the balcony. While I appreciate the prompt response and the room change the following day, it was quite disappointing to encounter such conditions initially. It seems that the room's issues should have been identified before assigning it to guests. We appreciated staff's willingness to address our concerns and apologize for the situation. "

"The hotel lobby was beautiful and was being renovated. Beautiful tranquil paintings adored the walls. In the room, the shower hose had a hole so they replaced the hose and the shower head - it was great. Unfortunately the phone wasn't working but they allowed us to check out late with no charge for the inconvenience of both. The included breakfast was varied and filling - we couldn't finish it all. "The hotel was exactly what I wanted. Our room was comfortable and interesting, the people were lovely and helpful. The food was tasty and the view spectacular. Some of our taxi and tuktuk drivers needed help finding the correct hotel, but we were not in such a rush that it was a problem."

"The priority was for the big families, so if you're going on your own I'd not recommend this place for you The internet wasn't available all the time, some of the staff were so good tbh The place is recommended only for Egyptian families "

"Being in the Nubian village experience, if you love do mingle with the locals this is the place. We really enjoyed our stay. It's not in the city center but that is a good thing you can get anywhere quickly with their boat shuttle service. Or car service, I prefer the boat , car is not as relaxing "
