"WOW....just wow for this place. We arrived late at 2:00 AM and we told the manager on duty that we had an early tour the next morning at 5:30 am. When we arrived at the front desk, he had two breakfast kits to go prepared for us. Incredible service. The room was spectacular and the view was just as good. The beautiful Miranda was close to her birthday so she got special treatment from all the staff. The Thai restaurant was delicious and they reserved a special outdoor table for us. Drinks available here as well!!! Highly recommended. Joe and Miranda"

"Our room was really spacious!! Could have been handicap accessible because it had that much space!! Staff was super friendly, welcoming and attentive! The property is huge, so you are able to call for a cart to come pick you up! We ate at the Asian restaurant which was okay! Lobby is always busy but I would say the grounds are pretty quiet. The pool with slide obviously attracts more kids than the one located closer to the lobby. You will need an outlet adapter. The hotel does have some but we weren't able to get them to work. Pro Tip* the outlet in the bathroom under the hair dryer works with a normal US plug (wink)"

"Our experience in the Historia cruise couldn’t have been better! The boat is modern and tastefully decorated. Spotless. The staff took the whole trip to another level. Everyone was extremely attentive, friendly and polite. Every detail was thought through. The food was top-notch! Every day, there was a different menu, executed perfectly. They were very punctual with the activities. It was an incredible and stress-free stay. Would recommend this to anyone. The tours they planned for us where VIP, allowing us to skip lines and enjoy locations with a great tour guide."
